Description : Photos display dress both with and without an added petticoat to show versatility of style. Newly manufactured vintage-inspired dress. Lightweight 100% cotton fabric; non-stretch. Black background to fabric which has a large white polka dot print throughout. Wrap effect style top section at front; V shape neckline at back. Wide tie belt in same fabric which can be tied at back, front or side (detachable). Zip to side; fully lined throughout. Full circle, flared skirt section. Can be worn over a separate petticoat if the fuller skirt appearance is required. Separate petticoat is not included with dress. New in packet. Length: Approx.40 inches shoulder to hemline. Sizes: fits standard UK sizes.
