Description : Note: Photos display dress both with and without an added petticoat to show versatility of style. Newly manufactured vintage-inspired style. Lightweight 100% cotton fabric; non-stretch Red background to fabric which has a polka dot print throughout. V shape top section at front and back; thick shoulder straps. Layered panel detail at waist area. Wide tie belt in same fabric which can be tied at back, front or side (detachable). Zip to side; unlined. Full circle, flared skirt section. Can be worn over a separate petticoat if the fuller skirt appearance is required. Please note that a petticoat is not included with dress and would need to purchased separately. New in packet. Length: Approx.36 inch underarm to hemline.
