Description : Note: Photos display dress both with and without an added petticoat to show versatility of style. Newly manufactured vintage-inspired style. Lightweight 100% cotton fabric; non-stretch Navy blue background to fabric which has a white polka dot print throughout. V shape top section at front and back; thick shoulder straps. We recommend wearing a strappy top/body/cami top underneath if neckline is too low for personal taste. Tie belt in same fabric; can be tied at front, back or side to suit and is detachable. Zip to side. Full circle, flared skirt section. Can be worn over a separate petticoat if the fuller skirt appearance is required. Please note dress does not come with a separate petticoat. New in packet. Length: Approx. 36 inch underarm to hemline.
