Description : Photos display dress both with and without an added petticoat to show versatility of style. Newly manufactured vintage-inspired style. Silky polyester fabric; non-stretch. Bird print on a black background. Wrap style top section at front and back; thick shoulder straps. We recommend wearing a strappy top/body/cami top underneath if neckline is too low for personal taste. Wide tie belt in same fabric which can be tied at back, front or side (detachable). Zip to side. Full circle, flared skirt section. Can be worn over a separate petticoat if the fuller skirt appearance is required. Separate petticoat is not included with dress. New in packet. Length: Approx. 36 inch underarm to hemline.
